Consent was recently achieved for the change in tenure of the residential units at Sumner Road. The three large duplex units that were formerly designated as shared ownership, social rented, and social affordable have been changed to private units. Five of the smaller two bedroom flats have been re-designated as shared ownership units in order to maintain the affordable housing requirement.
Construction work is set to commence late Summer 2016.
