Westcote Mews was formerly a series of dilapidated stables and workshops located in the Furzedown area of Wandsworth.  Planning consent was achieved for the construction of nine modern three bedroom mews-style houses to be built in place of the light industrial units.

Streatham and Streatham Common overland rail stations are both within a short walk, which provides the site with great links in to Central London.

A simple palette of materials is combined to bring light in to the units.  UV oiled European oak floors are used with polished concrete-effect composite stone as a nod to the industrial history of the site.  The understated chic interiors are hidden behind a traditional London stock brick capped with a contrasting modern zinc cladding across the first floors of the terrace.

All of the properties in this scheme have now been sold.
