The former photographic studio was bought with planning consent for it to be demolished and replaced by a scheme of nine new homes.  This included three townhouses, and six flats.

The industrial design of the new building pays homage to the commercial history of its predecessor.  Large Crittal style windows cover its elevations and make the interiors of these high-ceilinged, neo-industrial units feel bright and airy.  Industrial features are contrasted with touches of modern luxury to create interesting yet supremely comfortable homes.
