Arodene Road

Arodene Road was bought with planning in place for the existing building to be demolished and rebuilt as two houses, three flats, and a community hall.  Planning was later varied to split the larger three-bedroom flat in to two smaller units.

Located on a Victorian street just off Brixton Hill, Arodene Road is a quiet haven just a short walk away from the vibrancy of Brixton.  The area is renowned as a cultural hub and has produced many famous artists including David Bowie.  It is this rich, vibrant cultural heritage along with the strong sense of community that continues to attract people to live and work there.  Being the first stop on the Victoria Line makes Brixton popular with anyone working in  the West End, The City and Canary Wharf.  Families are drawn by the convenience of the local amenities, high quality schooling, and the green open spaces of Brockwell Park.

Formål aims to make each of its developments a unique celebration of its environment, which is why we collaborated with interior design studio Scenesmith.  Seamlessly blending traditional with contemporary, Scenesmith has harnessed the period heritage of the road and combined it with elegant modern features. The result is chic yet inviting homes where every detail tells a story.

The homes will be launching off plan in October 2023.
